90% of our tenants have stayed in their property since the start of their tenancy, and more than 50% of our new tenants come through a recommendation of our existing tenants. We believe that this is a testament to our exceptional service to our tenants by always being available and accommodating. We ensure that maintenance is completed in a timely manner, but in return we expect the upkeep of our properties by our tenants.
